Update voter list with photo

1. The Data Collectors appointed to collect the data of the voters for the preparation of voter list with photographs as per the schedule of the District Election Officer, Shariatpur, collect the data and distribute the voter slips by filling up the Voter Registration Form No. 2 for the registration of the voters. Voters are registered on the date of registration. The process of sending the data base to District Election Office, Shariatpur and Election Commission Secretariat is taken.
2. Deletion of names of voters from respective constituencies due to death.
3. Completion of all activities of transfer of voters.


Distribution of National Identity Card:

 

Activities in National Parliament Elections, Upazila Parishad Elections and Union Parishad Elections:
1. Collect nomination papers and election guidelines and various forms from the District Election Office, Shariatpur and distribute them among the Returning Officers as per the schedule.
2. Collecting ballot paper, election materials for various elections from District Election Office, Shariatpur and distributing them among Returning Officers and Presiding Officers.
3. Preparing the list of Polling Officers and completing all the activities of their electoral training.
4. Distribution of transparent ballot boxes, lids or lids.
5. Consolidate election results and send them to District Election Office, Shariatpur
6. Transmission of election results to Election Commission Secretariat through intranet
7. To complete various activities according to the instructions received from the Election Commission Secretariat and District Election Office.
